Where can I find my tracking number?

Once your items have been shipped, you should automatically receive an email notification from the system containing your tracking number.

If you have not received one or the tracking number is not working, do not worry. Contact us with your order number and we will solve the issue!

 

Import Taxes & Duties

All orders shipped outside of the European Union are sent under DAP/DDU (Delivered At Place / Duty Unpaid) terms.

This means:

  • We do not charge local VAT or customs duties at checkout.
  • You as the customer are responsible for paying any applicable import taxes, customs duties, and handling fees directly to your local customs authority or courier service.

Unexpected Delays

In some cases, delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors may cause shipping delays, such as international customs processing and holidays, which are outside of our control.
